It's a really good idea to have an FAQ page where you can set out what you think are/will be the questions guests' ask the most, and provide answers. Some of this will be mentioned elsewhere on your website - eg. the number of dogs allowed and if there is a charge for this, if there is any unfenced water, if the garden is secure, how many people the hot tub seats, etc. Try to include as much information as you can but don't over think it!
Property Two
Give a brief description of your property, including the type of property (house/barn/cottage, etc.), the location (county or more precise - it's up to you), how many it sleeps, the number of bedrooms, the main features (pool/hot tub/games room/BBQ lodge, etc.), how many cots are supplied and if you allow dogs (how many).
